I am passionate about spending time in nature and would love to invite y’all to interact with nature. There are many benefits of nature, see below for a few. So I have created this 30 days with nature printable. You can go in any order you prefer but I would suggest that you start with the first box and set your intention for the following days. You may also like to journal about your experiences but of course that is not necessary, although once you have finished and you reflect on your experiences perhaps you would like to make a note about what you like most, what you would like to do more of or things you want to learn more about. Lastly, please share your favorites, least favorites, things you would have changed AND if you post about it tag me @apocketfullofhay on IG.
As promised here some of the possible benefits of nature:
- Reduces stress, anger, and fear
- Increases pleasant feelings
- Reduces blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension
- Improve immune system
- Increase dopamine and endorphin levels
- Increase concentration and attention
